Browns RB Hillis sent home from practice

09/23/2011 - Berea, OH (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - Cleveland Browns running back Peyton Hillis showed up feeling sick and was sent home from practice on Friday, head coach Pat Shurmur said.

Hillis, the team's top running back since early last season, isn't expected to miss Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins.

"We'll see how he's doing, but whatever it is we don't feel like it's going to affect him on Sunday," Shurmur said.

"He just wasn't feeling well," the coach added. "It just happens this time of year so we felt like the best course of action was to just send him home."

Hillis rushed for 1,177 yards and 11 touchdowns in 16 games last season, including 14 starts. He has rushed for 151 yards and a pair of scores so far this season.
